Terms of Service

You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with security features, or use automated means in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the service.

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of sign-in credentials. Contact OGO Support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and other site content may be updated from time to time. Screen settings and photography can affect how colors or finishes appear. We may correct errors or update information when needed.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order when necessary, including for payment issues, suspected misuse, inventory limitations, pricing errors, or other operational reasons. Prices and charges shown at checkout apply to the order submitted at that time. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address and order information they provide. Customer-requested changes or cancellations are available only while an order remains in processing and before fulfillment and carrier handoff, and are effective only when confirmed by OGO.

Shipping, tracking, order changes, cancellations, return requests, and approved refunds are governed by the information shown in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. After carrier handoff, change-of-mind returns and customer-requested order edits are not accepted; the separate 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, approved warranty or OGO Care claims, damaged or incorrect orders, and rights required by applicable law remain governed by their respective terms.

PrimeArc III includes a 1-year limited warranty as standard. If OGO Care is purchased and linked to an eligible device, eligible coverage is extended to 2 years total. OGO Care coverage and service conditions apply in addition to these Terms and are separate from a return request.

Some OGO products may interact with OGO software, mobile applications, Bluetooth, or third-party platform features. Compatibility and functionality can depend on supported hardware, operating systems, permissions, and software versions.

Unless otherwise stated, OGO names, logos, designs, text, graphics, photography, product presentation, software, and other original materials on the site are owned by or licensed to OGO and may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without permission except as allowed by law.

Payment processors, carriers, app platforms, analytics providers, and other third parties may provide parts of the OGO experience. Their own terms and policies can apply to the services they operate.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and online services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every online feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or third-party service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OGO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the site or online services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after an update is subject to the version then in effect.
